Notes
Transmits letter dated 24 Dec. 1999 from the President of the Council of the ICAO to the Federal Minister of Transport and the latter's response in letter dated 29 Dec. 1999; concerns the delegation of responsibility for the dissemination of aeronautical information for Kosovo and Metohija to the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) by temporarily suspending a part of the "Air Navigation Plan - European Region" (document 7754), which is strongly protested by Yugoslavia, stating that it violates S/RES/1244 (1999).
