Reports that the United States has undertaken targeted military strikes in the Syrian Arab Republic against infrastructure allegedly used by non-State militia groups supported by the Islamic Republic of Iran, pursuant to art. 51 of the Charter of the UN and in the exercise of its inherent right of self-defence.
