Concerns information from the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate on alleged Russian missile strikes on 14 Jan. 2023 causing damage to the infrastructure of the Kyiv Research Institute, which operates a research reactor, as well as a decrease in electrical power production at the Ukrainian nuclear power plant units (A/77/699-S/2023/39).
