Transmits appeal from the Parliament of Ukraine to the UN, the European Parliament, governments and parliaments of foreign States and parliamentary assemblies of international organizations regarding alleged attempts by the Russian Federation to prevent the realization of European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations of Ukraine.
