Informs that the United States withdraws its letters to the Security Council of 20 Aug. 2020 (S/2020/815), 21 Aug. 2020 (S/2020/822) and 21 Sept. 2020 (S/2020/927) and states its view that the measures contained in para. 7, 8 and 16 to 20 of Security Council resolution 2231 (2015) remain in effect and that the provisions of resolutions 1696 (2006), 1737 (2006), 1747 (2007), 1803 (2008), 1835 (2008) and 1929 (2010) that were terminated by resolution 2231 (2015) remain terminated.
