The Bulletin is divided into two parts. Part I includes summary tables on overall industrial trends, including levels of output expressed as the value added per capita at constant prices; labor productivity expressed as the share of value added per employee at constant prices; the size of the contribution made by industry to gross domestic product at producers’ prices; and the average wage of employees in Arab countries. Part II contains tables of industrial statistics for each Arab country. It presents available data on the number of establishments; the number of employees; their wages and salaries; output; value added; and index numbers of industrial production.
