摘要
Informs that Turkey initiated Operation Peace Spring on 9 Oct. 2019 to counter the alleged terrorist threat from the Syrian Arab Republic and to ensure Turkey's border security, pursuant to art. 51 of the Charter of the UN and in the exercise of its inherent right of self-defence.
