Informs about passing Special Decree No. 328 on 19 May 1999 by the President of Georgia bringing into force the Provisional Rules of Navigation to the Seaports of Abkhazia; states that the legal regime established by the Decree is consonant with Security Council resolution 876 (1993) on the situation in Abkhazia, which tries to prevent all assistance, other than humanitarian, to Abkhazia, especially the supply of any weapons and munitions.
