Notes
Concerns the agreement on the establishment of the 'Kosovo Protection Corps' between the representatives of the KFOR, the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) and the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) in Pristina on 20 Sept. 1999; states that this decision of KFOR and UNMIK constitutes a step towards Albanian separatist goals in Kosovo and Metohija and is unacceptable to Yugoslavia.
