Summary
Decides that: (a) the failure of the Republic of Moldova to pay the amount necessary to avoid the application of Art. 19 of the Charter of the UN is attributable to conditions beyond its control and that, accordingly, it is permitted to vote until 31 Dec. 1999; (b) the failure of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Comoros and Tajikistan to pay the amount necessary to avoid the application of Art. 19 of the Charter is attibutable to conditions beyond their control and that, accordingly, they are permitted to vote until 30 June 2000; decides to revert to the procedural aspects of the consideration of requests for exemption under Art. 19 of the Charter at the 54th session of the General Assembly.
