Concerns the status of Yugoslavia as a participant in the Convention on Wetlands of International Importance Especially as Waterfowl Habitat (1971) (Ramsar Convention), adopted by the 7th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties (A/53/975 - S/1999/615); states that Yugoslavia is a full-fledged Party to the Convention and that the Contracting Parties are not authorized to make a decision on its status.
