摘要

Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the UN Observer Mission in Angola the amount of US$7,441,540 gross for the liquidation of the Observer Mission for the period from 1 July 1999-30 June 2000, inclusive of the amount of $369,153 for the support account for peacekeeping operations and the amount of $72,387 for the UN Logistics Base at Brindisi, Italy; decides also there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of $357,700 approved for the period from 1 July 1999-30 June 2000; decides further that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Verification Mission and the Observer Mission, there shall be set off against their apportionment, their respective share of the unencumbered balance of $149,720 gross in respect of the period from 3 Jan. 1989-30 Sept. 1994; decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Verification Mission and the Observer Mission, their share of the unencumbered balance of $149,720 gross in respect of the period from 3 Jan. 1989-30 Sept. 1994 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations; decides also that, for Member States that have fulfilled their financial obligations to the Verification Mission and the Observer Mission, there shall be set off against their apportionment, their respective share of the unencumbered balance of $4,571,900 gross in respect of the period from 1 July 1997-30 June 1998; decides further that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Verification Mission and the Observer Mission, their share of the unencumbered balance of $4,571,900 gross in respect of the period from 1 July 1997-30 June 1998 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations.
