Reports that on 22 May 1999 10 members of the Stabilization Force (SFOR) entered Yugoslavia from Bosnia and Herzegovina in the region of Orljaca and opened fire on Yugoslav organs guarding the border; states that the Government of Yugoslavia expects the Security Council to condemn such acts that violate territorial integrity, and to take measures to prevent its repetition.
