Transmits letter concerning action taken by the representatives of the United States and the United Kingdom regarding contracts for spare parts for the oil sector in phase 4 of the Oil-for-Food Programme; requests that the holds placed on pending contracts be lifted in keeping with the provisions of resolution 1175 (1998).
