Refers to the forthcoming review of the sanctions imposed on Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and call upon the Security Council either to immediately lift the sanctions by accepting one of the options submitted by OAU, the Arab League, the Non-Aligned Movement and the Organization of the Islamic Conference, or to suspend the sanctions pending the decision of International Court of Justice on the question.
