Calls upon the Security Council for immediate lifting of sanctions against the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya by accepting one of the options submitted by OAU, the Arab League, the Non-Aligned Movement and the Organization of the Islamic Conference, or for suspending the sanctions pending the judgement of the International Court of Justice on the issue.
