Decides to amend the 1st sentence of rule 103 of the rules of precedure of the General Assembly to read: "Each Main Committee shall elect a Chairman, 3 Vice-Chairmen and a Rapporteur"; also decides that this amendment shall take effect as from the 53rd session of the General Assembly.
