Convention on jurisdictional immunities of States and their property

Decides to consider again at its 53rd session the item entitled "Convention on jurisdictional immunities of States and their property" with a view to the establishment of a working group at its 54th session, taking into account the comments submitted by States in accordance with paragraph 2 of resolution 49/61; urges States, if they have not yet done so, to submit their comments to the Secretary-General in accordance with resolution 49/61.
