Question of a draft declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, groups and organs of society to promote and protect universally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms

Authorizes the open-ended working group of the Commission on Human Rights to meet for a period of 8 working days prior to the 54th session of the Commission in order to finalize its elaboration of a draft declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, groups and organs of society to promote and protect universally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms; requests the Secretary-General to extend all necessary facilities, within existing UN resources, to the working group for its meetings.
