Reports that, on 6 and 7 Nov. 1997, teams from the Commission's Baghdad Monitoring and Verification Centre were blocked in their attempts to conduct inspections in the Baghdad area to investigate the movement of equipment under monitoring; also includes a letter from Iraq repeating charges from the Deputy Prime Minister that the Commission's U-2 aircraft have been spying on Iraq.
