Summary
Requests the administering Power to continue to provide the territorial Government with all required expertise to enable it to achieve its socio-economic aims; also requests the administering Power to continue to facilitate the expansion of the current programme of securing employment for the local population, in particular at the decision-making level; requests the specialized agencies and other organizations of the UN system to continue and increase their programmes of assistance to the Territory with a view to strengthening, developing and diversifying its economy; calls upon the administering Power and the territorial Government to continue to cooperate to counter problems related to money laundering, smuggling of funds and other related crimes, as well as drug trafficking.
