Decides that, for the purpose of the present resolution, the term "economically less developed Member States" in (c) above shall mean all Member States except Australia, Austria, Belgium, the Byelorussian SSR, Canada, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Finland, German Democratic Republic, Germany, Federal Republic of, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Sweden, the Ukrainian SSR and the Member States referred to in (a) and (d) above; decides that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973 (X) of 15 Dec. 1955, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in above, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of $700,000 approved for the above-mentioned initial period.
