Reports that the OIC Contact Group endorses the contents of the letter by Bosnia and Herzegovina in document S/1996/510; urges the Security Council to impose sanctions on those parties which do not comply with the orders of the Tribunal, to seek the arrest and extradition of war criminals by the multinational force and to declare that elections cannot be held before the apprehension of indicted war criminals and their extradition to the Hague.
