Transmits articles published by "Al-Sharq Al-Awsat", 10 Apr. 1996 as well as by the British newspaper the "Guardian", 9 Apr. 1996, concerning alleged United States involvement in the killing of a British policewoman at the Libyan Embassy in London, 1984, and asking the Security Council to review its resolutions against the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, to lift the sanctions imposed on the country and to order that the proposal of the League of Arab States that the 2 suspects of the American aircraft bombing should be tried at the seat of the ICJ at The Hague before Scottish judges and under Scots law, be accepted and implemented under UN auspices.
