Endorses the terms of reference proposed by the Commission on Population and Development in its report on its 28th session, and in addition to those terms of reference, the Commission should review the findings of research and analysis pertaining to the interrelationship between population and development at the national, regional and global levels and advise the Council thereon; decides that Government representatives nominated to serve on the Commission should have the relevant backgound in population and development; also decides that the Commission should monitor the progress made in achieving the targets for financial resources; further decides to enlarge the Commission's membership at a resumed session of the Council no later that 31 Dec. 1995.
