Authorizes the holding of 2 annual sessions by the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, in May and Nov.-Dec., each of 3 weeks' duration, in addition to a pre-sessional working group of 5 three weeks' duration in addition to a pre-sessional working group of 5 members to meet for 5 days immediately after each session to prepare the list of issues for consideration at the subsequent session; requests the Committee to give careful consideration to the possible means by which it might contribute to the implementation of the Copenhagen Declaration on Social Development and Programme of Action of the World Summit Declaration on Social Development and Programme of Action of the World Summit for Social Development.
