Decides to authorize the Subcommission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities to establish an inter-sessional Working Group of the Subcommission, consisting of 5 of its members, which shall meet each year for 5 working days, initially for a 3-year period, in order to promote the rights of persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities and in particular (a) to review the promotion and practical realization of the Declaration; (b) to examine possible solutions to problems involving minorities; (c) to recommend further measures for the promotion and protection of the rights of persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities.
