Requests the Secretary-General to initiate a project to establish a regional database on international training and technical assistance projects in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice; invites all Member States, international organizations and other entities engaged in collaborative training and technical assistance projects in central and eastern Europe in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice to provide information to the Secretary-General for a regional clearing-house to facilitate the exchange of information to assist policy makers in all Member States in better allocating resources.
