Expresses its satisfaction with the results achieved by the 9th United Nations Congress on the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders, held at Cairo from 29 Apr.-8 May 1995; endorses the resolution adopted by the 9th Congress and also endorses the recommendations made by the Commission, at its 4th session, and by the Economic and Social Council, at its substantive session of 1995, on the implementation of the resolutions and recommendations of the 9th Congress.
