Transmits Letter from Osman Ertug of the Turkish Cypriot community, 27 Nov. 1995, in connection with the statement made by the Greek Cypriot representative during the plenary meetings of the General Assembly held 26-27 Oct. 1995 on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the International Youth Year (A/50/PV.44). Concerns denial by the Greek Cypriot side to the Turkish Cypriot youth to participate in international sporting events and cultural activities, as well as other policies leading to the deterioration in intercommunal relations in Cyprus.
