Reports that Switzerland will hold the Office of Chairman of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) for a period of 1 year beginning on 1 Jan. 1996 and requests that the General Assembly take a decision authorizing Switzerland, while holding the Office of Chairman of OSCE, to circulate OSCE communications as official documents of the United Nations and to participate in discussions in the Assembly of direct concern to OSCE.
