摘要
Note including statement made on behalf of the Security Council, at its 3515th meeting, 12 Apr. 1995, in connection with prior consultations held among Council members on the item entitled "The situation in Tajikistan and along the Tajik-Afghan border"; expresses deep concern at the escalation of military activities on the Tajik-Afghan border which resulted in grave loss of life and jeopardize the inter-Tajik dialogue and the process of national reconciliation, and welcomes the agreement by the Government of Tajikistan and the Tajik opposition to the Secretary-General's Special Envoy's proposal to hold an urgent high-level meeting of their representatives in Moscow / President, Security Council.
