Summary
Having decided to consider the nominations for judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda received by the Secretary-General before 7 Apr. 1995, establishes the following list of candidates in accordance with Article 12 of the Statute of the International Tribunal for Rwanda: Lennart Aspegren (Sweden), Kevin Haugh (Ireland), Leity Kama (Senegal), T. H. Khan (Bangladesh), Wamulungwe Mainga (Zambia), Yakov A. Ostrovsky (Russian Federation), Navanethem Pillay (South Africa), Edilbert Razafindralambo (Madagascar), William H. Sekule (United Republic of Tanzania), Anne Marie Stoltz (Norway), Jiri Toman (Czech Republic/Switzerland) and Lloyd G. Williams (Jamaica/Saint Kitts and Nevis).
