Statement made on behalf of the Security Council at the 3466th meeting, 26 Nov. 1994, in connection with prior consultations held among Council members on the item entitled "The situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina"; expresses deep concern at the deteriorating situation in the Bihac region; calls on all parties to intensify negotiations for an immediate ceasefire; expresses support for UNPROFOR's efforts to deter attacks against the safe areas; condemns border incidents between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina by Serbs, and demands that the Serbs accept the proposed territorial settlement of Bosnia and Herzegovina / President, Security Council.
