Summary
Requests the administering Power, to assist the territorial Government in its efforts to balance the budget and to diversify the Territory's economy; invites the administering Power, as a matter of urgency, to facilitate the transfer of Water Island to the territorial Government; requests the administering Power to continue to assist the territorial Government in crime prevention; notes that 17 years has elapsed since a UN mission visited the Territory and again calls upon the administering Power to facilitate the dispatch of such a mission as early as possible.
