Financing of the UN Operation in Mozambique : resolution / adopted by the General Assembly.

Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for ONUMOZ a total of US$161,799,100 gross ($159,462,400 net) for the period from 1 Nov. 1993 to 30 Apr. 1994, inclusive; decides also to apportion the additional amount of US$100,067,600 gross ($99,462,400 net) for the period from 1 Nov. 1993 to 30 Apr. 1994, taking into account the apportioned in accordance with General Assembly decision 48/473; authorizes the Secretary-General to enter into commitments for ONUMOZ at a rate not to exceed $26.9 million gross per month for a period of up to 3 months beginning 1 ay 1994, subject to the Security Council deciding to extend the mandate of the Operation beyond 30 Apr., the amount of $53.8 million gross to be apportioned among Member States in accordance with the scheme set out in the present resolution; invites voluntry contributions to ONUMOZ in cash and in the form of services and supplies acceptable to the Secretary-General.
