Requests the administering Power to expedite the constitutional review exercise in the Territory in conformity with the wishes and aspirations of the Caymanian population, with a view to enabling the people of the Cayman Islands to exercise their inalienable right to self-determination; calls upon the administering Power, in consultation with the territorial Government to continue to promote the agricultural development of the Cayman Islands with a view to reducing the dependence of the Territory on imported food supplies; calls upon the administering Power to continue to take all necessary measures, in cooperation with the territorial Government, to counter problems related to money laundering funds smuggling and various forms of white-collar crime, as well as drug trafficking; notes with regret that a period of 14 years has elapsed since a UN mission visited the Territory.
