Summary
Welcomes the initiative taken by the States members of the Economic Community of Central African States with a view to developing confidence-building measures, disarmament and development in their subregion, by the creation, under the auspices of UN, of a standing advisory committee on security questions in Central Africa; thanks the Secretary-General for his contribution to the Yaounde seminar-workshop and requests him to continue providing assistance to the Central African States in implementing the recommendations and conclusions set forth in the final document of the seminar-workshop.
