Urges all Member States to make every possible effort to ensure payment of their assessed contributions to UNAMIC in full and on time; decides to appropriate an amount of US$14,319,200 gross ($13,967,300 net) for the operation of the Advance Mission for the period from 1 Nov. 1991 to 30 Apr. 1992, and requests the Secretary-General to establish a Special Account for UNAMIC in accordance with paragraph 18 of his report; decides further that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973 (X) of 15 Dec. 1955, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of $351,900 approved for the period from 1 Nov. 1991 to 30 Apr. 1992 inclusive; authorizes the Secretary-General to enter into commitments for the Advance Mission at a rate not to exceed $2,070,000 gross ($2 million net) per month for the period beyond 30 Apr. 1992 should the Security Council decide to continue the Advance Mission, the said amount to be apportioned among Member States in accordance with the scheme set out in the present resolution; invites voluntary contributions to the Advance Mission in cash and in the form of services and supplies acceptable to the Secretary-General, to be administered, as appropriate, in accordance with the procedure established by the General Assembly in its resolution 44/192 A of 21 Dec. 1989; requests the Secretary-General to take all necessary action to ensure that the Advance Mission is administered with a maximum of efficiency and economy.
