Summary
Resolves that for the year 1991: 1. Budget appropriations in a total amount of US$1,146,755,100, consisting of $987,317,000, being one half of the appropriations initially approved for the biennium 1990-1991 by General Assembly resolution 44/202 A plus $159,438,100, being the increase in appropriations approved during the 45th session, shall be financed in accordance with regulations 5.1 and 5.2 of the Financial Regulations of UN; $1,086,366,466, being the assessment on Member States in accordance with General Assembly resolutions 43/223 A and 45/256 B on the scale of assessments for the years 1989, 1990 and 1991; 2. These shall be set off against the assessment on Member States, in accordance with the provisions of General Assembly resolution 973 (X) of their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund in the total amount of $164,966,760.
