Summary
Takes note with appreciation of the African Charter for Popular Participation in Development and Transformation; commends the collective commitment of African peoples and Governments to promote economic recovery and development in Africa through, inter alia, popular participation for development and transformation; calls upon the international community to increase support to Africa's efforts in bringing about sustained and sustainable growth and development, taking into account, inter alia, the objectives of the African Charter for Popular Participation in Development and Transformation.
