Review and implementation of the concluding document of the 12th special session of the General Assembly : resolutions / adopted by the General Assembly.

Urges the USSR and the United States, as the 2 major nuclear-weapon States, to reach agreement on an immediate nuclear-arms freeze; calls upon all nuclear-weapon States to agree to a comprehensive nuclear-arms freeze which would embrace, inter alia, the complete cessation of the manufacture of nuclear weapons and the complete cessation of the production of fissionable material for weapons purposes; requests the nuclear-weapon States to submit a joint report, or separate reports, to the General Assembly, prior to the opening of its 45th session, on the implementation of the present resolution.
