Summary
Invites all Member States to contribute to the elaboration of draft resolutions in the field of disarmament that will permit, in so far as possible, their adoption without vote; invites all Member States that have not yet done so to make available to the Secretary-General their views and suggestions on ways and means to enhance the implementation of General Assembly resolutions in the field of disarmament; requests the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its 46th session a progress report on the implementation of the present resolution.
