Summary
Commends the "Study on the climatic and other global effects of nuclear war" and its conclusions to the attention of all Member States; invites all Member States to communicate to the Secretary-General their views on the Study before 1 Sept. 1989; requests the Secretary-General to make the necessary arrangements for the reproduction of the Study as a UN publication and to give it the widest possible distribution.
