Decides to hold a special session of the General Assembly on apartheid and its destructive consequences in southern Africa before its 44th session, on a date to be determined by the Secretary-General in consultation with the Special Committee against Apartheid; requests the Secretary-General to make the necessary administrative arrangements towards the convening of the special session.
