Requests UN bodies and the Secretary-General to ensure respect for equal treatment of the official languages of the UN; affirms that the provision of adequate conference services is an essential element in the efficient functioning of the Organization; requests the Secretary-General to take the necessary measures to ensure the provision of conference services to the UN with adequate personnel, with due respect for the equal treatment of all official languages of the UN.
