Takes note of the Study contained in the report of the Secretary-General; invites all Member States to inform the Secretary-General, no later than 30 April 1986, of their views regarding the Study; requests the Secretary-General to make the necessary arrangements for the reproduction of the Study as a UN publication and to give it the widest possible distribution.
