Summary
Appeals to all States, specialized agencies and nongovernmental organizations to augment the special allocations for grants and scholarships to Palestine refugees in addition to their contributions to the regular budget of UNRWA, and to contribute generously to the Palestine universities in the occupied territories; also appeals for contributions toward the establishment of vocational training centres for Palestine refugees; requests UNRWA to act as the recepient and trustee for such special allocations and scholarships and to award them to qualified Palestine refugee candidates.
