Condemns once again the failure of Israel, to acknowledge the applicability of the Geneva Convention to the territories occupied by Israel; strongly demands that Israel acknowledge and comply with the provisions of that Convention in the Palestinian and other Arab territories occupied since 1967, including Jerusalem.
