Invites all States to take urgent measures with a view to implementing the recommendations and decisions contained in the Final Document of the 10th Special Session of the General Assembly, as well as to fulfilling the priority tasks set forth in the Programme of Action contained in section III of the Final Document; calls upon great Powers to pursue their negotiations in a constructive and accomodating spirit and taking into account the interest of the entire international community in order to halt the arms race, particularly the nuclear-arms race, and to achieve disarmament; invites all States engaged in disarmament and arms limitation negotiations outside the framework of the UN to keep the General Assembly and the Conference on Disarmament informed on the status and/or results of such negotiations.
